Our free training system is a way for you to help yourself to reach your goals of improved function and decreased pain. The system allows you to train with "reduced resistance" which means that you are "less heavy" because our system takes some of the weight, and resistance, off your muscles so you can exercise as if you where in the water.

 

Treatments typically don't stretch or strengthen your muscles and ligaments properly, actively. Many times the training hurts so much that people quit, or they injure themselves during the rehabilitation exercises. Our system decrease the chances of a negative outcome because you improve in very small increments, decreasing the risk of injury associated with loading the joint, muscle or attachments too heavily. 

As mentioned before [in other pages], the ICC Flexibility Boost System (Body Range Dynamics), our "Return to Function Therapeutic System" is also a method of maximising Muscle Length, and strength, without weakening ligaments and muscle attachments. This is more of a careful task when addressing naturally weakened ligaments and their attachments due to degeneration of tissue. So, we double up on decreasing loads, even that of our own body weight, to begin strengthening from "below function".
