Best way to stretch

Too stiff? Can't Stretch? Yes really, you can!!!!

Press 5, release 5, stretch 5. 555 is the key!!!

Ouch!!!! Impossible!! Too hard!!! Too late..... not really. All it takes is a little bit of pressure, and magic, your muscles loosen up. Without warming up, you can stretch them. It is not about forcing yourself or your body, pushing it to the limit, hating every second of it, hoping to be done as soon as possible. The way we do it, it is more of a pleasant and soothing meditation than a painful and laborious task. This is about taking care of yourself and moving into a better body situation, not punishing yourself for what you have not done and paying the price for a worsening body situation. This is about bringing yourself out of tension, and into a nice state of relaxation.
